Service Description
Welcome to the Caregivers 2 Assist Recruitment & Education Manager Training Program! This Training Program for managers is a 40-hour course providing the student, knowledge necessary to manage caregivers and staff of assisted living facilities, as well as managing the overall aspects of operating an assisted living facility, making sure that all federal, State and local laws are being followed in order to be in compliance. This manager training program curriculum, which is consistent with RA-33603(B) requirements by the Arizona Board of Nursing Care Institution Administrators and Assisted Living Facility Managers (NCIA Board), incorporated with Article 6 Arizona Administrative Code on Assisted Living Facility Manager Training Programs, and is divided into the following categories, as required by R4-33-603(C):

Guidelines for Registration 1. Read and understand everything carefully before signing and filling out all the required information. 2. The admission packet includes the following documents: a. Caregiver Training Procedure b. Pre-Assessment test c. Tuition Refund Policy d. Additional Mandatory Prerequisites for Students e. Caregiver Training Admission Agreement (2 pages) 3. Each page must be properly signed and dated on the space provided at the bottom of each page (Caregiver Training Procedure, Tuition Refund Policy, and Caregiver Admission Agreement). 4. Fill out the Caregiver Training Admission Agreement. Provide your name, address, email, phone numbers, date of birth, social security number. 5. Complete the registration by answering the Pre-Assessment Test. Tuition Refund Policy • An applicant rejected by the school is entitled to a refund of all monies paid. • An applicant will be allowed to cancel an enrollment agreement if he submits a written notice of cancellation within 3 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and state and federal holidays) of signing the agreement. No later than 30 days of receiving the notice of cancellation, the school shall provide the 100% refund of all the monies paid. • No refund will be given after 3 days of signing the agreement, except if the reasons are any of the following: a) illness; B) death in the family; or c) military duties, in which the student will have a choice of either getting the 100% refund (student handbook to be returned to the school), or be allowed to continue the training at a later date. A cancellation/refund form will be signed by the school administrator and the student. Appropriate documentation is required.
